Our Story
Archive Realty was created in 2017 by Paul Dalpe and Paul Ruhle. Paul and Paul are teachers in the Lincoln, RI School District and are life-long residents of Rhode Island. Their knowledge of and passion for everything the Ocean State has to offer will serve you well in your hunt for a new home. As teachers, Paul and Paul bring a unique expertise to a family's home search with their extensive knowledge of school districts across the state. They are also investment property owners and can provide valuable insight into this type of property search.
